Class Size Ammendment

So let me get this right, Jeb Bush says that Florida can't afford the class-size ammendment, but we do have enough money to give a tax cut to the wealthy. Do these citizens contribute to the GOP?
The income who are in the 99th percentile (which means they have more income than 99 percent of the general population) has risen 87 percent;
The income at the 99.9th percentile (which means they have more income than 99.9 percent of the general population) has risen 181 percent;
The income at the 99.99th percentile (which means they have more income than 99.99 percent of the general population) has risen 497 percent.
But we don't have enough money to make schools better for students....

The Florida Constitution sets maximums for class sizes in Florida. Governor Bush's stonewalling the Florida constitution reminds me of the way his brother treats the U.S. Constitution.
