Bob Woodward's book reveals that BEFORE SEPTEMBER 11th... way back in July a meeting took place with Condi and Tenent.

New York Times reported today that "According to two former intelligence officials, Mr. Tenet told those assembled at the White House about the growing body of intelligence the C.I.A. had collected suggesting an attack was in the works."

And "Officials now agree that on July 10, 2001, Mr. Tenet and his counterterrorism deputy, J. Cofer Black, were so alarmed about intelligence pointing to an impending attack by Al Qaeda that they demanded an emergency meeting at the White House with Ms. Rice and her National Security Council staff."

Of course Condi "Doesn't recall. "

When Dennis Hasert was asked about being told earlier about Foely, what was his repsonse? "I don't reall."

When Scotter Libby and Karl Rove were asked about anyone who might have shared informaiton about Valarie Plame, their answer as, "I don't reall."

Have you noticed also that it is always the source that is in question, never the White House? Any negative report always results in a statement taht itis the sources actions and information is always questionable, never the White House actions or motivation.?
