LEED

I came across the LEED standards when I was researching the UCF Stadium. It is a new way of designing buildings so that they are more eco-friendly. This would be a good thing for environmental groups to work toward with local governments. Tax incentives for buidlings that meet LEED standards.

Getting to Green:
Behind the LEED™ Curtain™
A new addition to Green Building Services Getting to Green Training Series, Behind the LEED Curtain was developed uniquely for project managers working to incorporate LEED certification into their new construction, renovation and facility management efforts. Behind the LEED Curtain provides a comprehensive overview of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED rating system and the best practices and tools for integrating LEED certification into projects.

Training Results
At the completion of the Behind the LEED Curtain training you will not only better understand the LEED rating system but feel better prepared to successfully integrate LEED certification in to your own project efforts.
